1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Campus Bites, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Campus Bites for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Campus Bites
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of Campus Bites, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Placement

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform.

4.3 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time, delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays.

5.2 Delivery Areas

Delivery is available within campus boundaries only. We do not deliver outside designated campus areas.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use Campus Bites to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Campus Bites and its licensors.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of Campus Bites, to understand our practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Campus Bites, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
