Campus Bites connects students with campus vendors through a simple three-step process: browse menus, place orders, and track deliveries. Orders are prepared by vendors and delivered by our riders within 20 minutes on average.
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and cash on delivery. All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave.
Average delivery time is under 20 minutes within campus boundaries. You can track your order in real-time using the unique order code provided after checkout.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 minutes of placement. After that, the order enters preparation and cannot be changed. Please contact support immediately if you need to make changes.
There's no minimum order requirement. You can order as little as ₦500 worth of food. However, delivery charges apply for orders below ₦2,000.
For vendors: Contact us at vendor@campusbites.ng with your menu details and location. For riders: Download our rider app and complete the registration process with your vehicle details.
We strive for perfection, but if your order has issues, contact support immediately with your order code. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
